The Virtual Repair Planner plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of repair estimates within our organization as we continue our growth journey. This position supports operational excellence through training, compliance oversight, and maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical expertise in auto damage estimating, familiarity with major insurance carrier procedures, and a strong commitment to upholding quality benchmarks.

Job Requirements

  • Conduct thorough central estimate reviews to uphold accuracy, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in auto damage estimating and repair processes, particularly in CCC Estimating.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of OEM repair processes and procedures, as well as Direct Repair Program management.
  • Maintain strong internal and external partnerships.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technical experience in auto damage estimating.
  • Background in insurance auto physical damage and familiarity with Direct Repair Programs preferred.
  • Experience in insurance policy interpretation is advantageous.
  • I-Car training is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in the CCC ONE estimating system; familiarity with Mitchell and Audatex preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work with urgency.
  • Strong critical thinking ability to navigate through ambiguous situations.
  • Proficient in conflict resolution and adept at handling challenges.
  • Technologically savvy with the ability to adapt to various software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Intrapreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and growth orientation.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
