The specific pay rate/salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a number of factors including experience, education, specialized certifications from OEMs, and where the job is located.  The company reserves the right to adjust offers within the range at its discretion.

Job Requirements

  • Plan daily collision repair production schedule to maximize efficiency and maintain cycle time
  • Provide daily supervision and direction to all production staff
  • Responsible for all repairs being completed correctly and following all OEM procedures
  • Schedule all sublet work on time
  • Maintain information within estimating software to reflect vehicles’ current repair status
  • Quality control all work and provide feedback and coaching to both the technician team and paint team
  • Estimate drive in appointment as well as “walk in” customers and complete repair plans

Skills and Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in automotive collision repair
  • Ability to effectively communicate with others
  • Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
  • Multi-tasking; adapt easily to fast-paced environments
  • PA Appraisers License
