The specific pay rate/salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a number of factors including experience, education, specialized certifications from OEMs, and where the job is located.  The company reserves the right to adjust offers within the range at its discretion.

The Manager, ADAS Operations is a leadership role responsible for managing ADAS Technicians and operations across multiple territories. This position ensures high-quality calibration services, technician productivity, training, and compliance with OEM standards. The role includes both field leadership and administrative responsibilities such as technician development, workload management, territory support, performance reviews, and customer issue resolution. The Manager, ADAS Operations also plays an active role in team culture, tool oversight, and sales/partnership engagement at the territory level.

Job Requirements

  • Technician Oversight & Field Operations
    1. Supervise a team of ADAS Technicians across assigned locations, ensuring accurate calibrations and adherence to OEM repair standards.
    2. Oversee daily workload distribution, technician scheduling, and operational efficiency across markets.
    3. Conduct weekly team meetings and maintain frequent field presence to support technicians directly.
    4. Address escalated technical or customer service issues in real time, including hands-on support if required.
  • Administrative & Quality Assurance
    1. Perform weekly invoice audits and territory performance evaluations.
    2. Maintain accurate tool inventories; conduct quarterly audits and oversee shipping/receiving of specialized equipment.
    3. Track and report KPIs.
    4. Ensure proper documentation and system usage.
  • Customer & Territory Development
    1. Partner with location leadership and estimators to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded.
    2. Conduct regular field visits to partner locations to support service delivery and retention.
    3. Assist growth efforts through relationship-building and feedback from field technicians.
  • Team Engagement
    1. Help foster a collaborative, high-performance environment.
    2. Promote a professional work culture that aligns with company values and safety expectations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience:
    1. 5+ years of automotive or ADAS industry experience
    2. 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a technical or automotive field
    3. Collision repair or insurance industry experience preferred
  • Certifications:
    1. I-CAR and ASE certifications are preferred but not required
    2. Willingness to obtain advanced ADAS training/certifications
  • Skills:
    1. Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
    2. Familiarity with ADAS calibration tools, OEM software, and diagnostic systems
    3. Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
    4. Ability to audit workflows, manage tools inventory, and uphold administrative accuracy
    5. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, CCC One, and workflow reporting tools

 

Other Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and MVR that meets company insurance guidelines
  • Must pass pre-employment screenings (background check, MVR, etc.)
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various physical environments
