The specific pay rate/salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a number of factors including experience, education, specialized certifications from OEMs, and where the job is located.

The Production Manager will be responsible for running the daily production schedule and supervising the production team.  You will be a hands-on leader who will also jump in to assist with repairing vehicles when needed.

Job Requirements

  • Plan daily collision repair production schedule to maximize efficiency & maintain cycle time
  • Provide daily supervision and direction to all production staff
  • Responsible for all repairs being completed correctly and following all OEM procedures
  • Schedule all sublet work in a timely manner
  • Maintain information within estimating software to reflect vehicles’ current repair status
  • Quality control all work and provide feedback and coaching to both the technician team and paint team

Skills and Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in automotive collision repair
  • Ability to effectively communicate with others
  • Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
  • Multi-tasking; adapt easily to fast-paced environments

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, and pull
  • Extended periods of kneeling, bending, squatting, and stooping to complete or inspect repairs
  • Carry and lift heavy objects (up to 80lbs)
  • Manual dexterity and eye/hand coordination to operate equipment
  • Standing, sitting, and walking
  • Performing repetitive motions
