The specific pay rate/salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a number of factors including experience, education, specialized certifications from OEMs, and where the job is located.  The company reserves the right to adjust offers within the range at its discretion.

This fully remote role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. As a Strategic Accounts Coordinator, you will interact regularly with both internal and external customers, playing a vital role in contract execution, account tracking, and cross-department support. Your communication skills, organization, and follow-through will directly contribute to the success of our Strategic Accounts program.

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute contracts and accurately track account status across multiple systems and documents.
  • Provide clear, professional written and verbal communication to internal team members and external partners.
  • Process applications and documentation across various platforms with consistent attention to detail.
  • Manage schedules, timelines, and tracking documents to ensure seamless account coordination.
  • Assist cross-functional teams when needed, including helping Operations coordinate and book training-related travel.
  • Uphold VIVE’s commitment to people, process, and passion in every interaction and task.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Excellent scheduling, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
  • Comfortable navigating multiple platforms and tracking account progress across various documents.
  • Prior experience in auto body, collision repair, or insurance (processing, scheduling, or customer service) is a plus.
