Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone. Keeping our customers informed throughout their repair is of the utmost importance. Additionally responsible for light accounts receivable, administrative duties, and assisting with the shop’s day-to-day operations.
Auto Body Technician
The Autobody Technician is responsible for fixing a vehicle after its damage. You will perform quality structural, body, frame, and unibody repairs. Also, assisting the estimator with accurate estimates and minimizing the need for supplements. Understanding the repair vs. replacement process is vital in the position.
Production Manager
The Production Manager will be responsible for running the daily production schedule and supervising the production team. You will be a hands-on leader who will also jump in to assist with repairing vehicles when needed.
Detail & Quality Check Technician
The Detailer is responsible for cleaning and inspecting the customer’s vehicle before and after the repair process. You must be able to identify damage, and flaws and inspect the vehicle upon completion. Always willing to go above and beyond the customer’s expectations.
