Also, assisting the estimator with accurate estimates and minimizing the need for supplements. Understanding the repair vs. replacement process is vital in the position.
Disassembly & Reassembly Technician
The Disassembly Technician is responsible for disassembling, inspecting, documenting, and assessing vehicles for hidden damage to support accurate repair planning and efficient production.
Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone. Keeping our customers informed throughout their repair is of the utmost importance. Additionally responsible for light accounts receivable, administrative duties, and assisting with the shop’s day-to-day operations.
Auto Body Estimator
As a Collision Estimator, you’ll manage the repair experience from the initial vehicle inspection through final delivery. You’ll create accurate repair plans, keep customers informed, work closely with insurance partners, and collaborate with the production team to help ensure safe, high-quality and timely repairs.
Parts Coordinator
The Parts Assistant is responsible for ordering, receiving, processing, and monitoring parts throughout the repair process. Working closely with the General Manager, Estimators, and Technicians for issues that are parts-related within the shop.
